Will spring get here already?

Well its March 13th and we have survived what was hopefully the last blizzard of the year. We can not wait for spring so we can get out in the garden & on with our big plans for the 2014 season. We have been cooped up for a long time now but have been busy working inside. Our house has now been converted to our seed starting sanctuary. We have started a wide range of seeds in our house. We have to do this until we build our greenhouse which will hopefully be this year. We are eagerly awaiting the arrival out our broiler chicks & meat ducks & our hogs should be arriving in a few weeks. We have a lot of work to do once the weather turns and we are looking forward to it. We will be building pastures, mobile coops, tilling the garden and making new beds for our expanded potato operation. We will be growing a bountiful amount of Yukon gold, Adirondack Red and Adirondack Blue potatoes. Place your orders now for potatoes & meats as they go very quickly.
